Experiencing “No Service” or slow data with RoamFree eSIM while traveling? Most issues are solved in 1–2 minutes with these quick fixes for 2026 international trips.

First, ensure mobile data and data roaming are turned ON in your phone settings—eSIM requires roaming enabled to connect abroad.
Next, restart your device to refresh the network connection.
If still not working, go to your eSIM settings and manually select a local carrier (auto-select may fail in some regions).
Double-check your eSIM is still valid and not expired—if expired, you need to purchase a new eSIM plan and install the new QR code.
For iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > RoamFree eSIM > Data Roaming ON.
For Android: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Data Roaming ON.
If issues continue, contact our support via email or WhatsApp. We’ll help re-send your QR code, re-provision your plan, or troubleshoot device settings.
